I started training again, 3 months ago.
One thing I've noticed is I don't get as sore as I did a few years ago when I was really into bodybuilding. I can go heavy/few reps or light/many reps and still I'll only be sore for a day. Should I even worry about this? It kinda feels like I didn't work out too hard, even though I did.
I've noticed strength & tone improvements, and I've lost 16 lbs of fat as well, so I know I'm getting somewhere.
