soreness question

Im sore from my chest day...That was yesterday...so today is arms and they are alittle sore from chest/back workout..im wondering should I just give a good streatch and work through the bit of arm soreness or should I wait till next weeks arm day???
 
Of course they are sore because you worked your triceps while performing chest movements and biceps while performing back movements.

I'd think about changing up your current routine so you can get proper rest to repair/rebuild muscle.

Especially while on SD.
