sore what should i do

ok i did legs saturday but tom is when i suppost to do them the next time i am still pretty sore should i go ahead and do them or wait till i am not that sore!
 
Four days later you're still sore? Are you absolutely lifting as much weight as possible? If the soreness is more of stiffness, I would go ahead and lift again. I wouldnt try for extremely heavy weights though. Are you just starting out?
