I have been working out pretty hard for the past 2 months. I do an upper lower split, and HIIT on the off days with one no workout day.
Looks like this Upper / HIIT / Lower / HIIT / Upper / HIIT / Off / Lower / HIIT / Upper / HIIT / ...... you get the picture.
My problem is my Joints are KILLING me. My wrists, ankles and knee's in particular.
Anyone have any suggestions as to what I can do to relieve this pain? Its not excrucuiating. It's just enough to make me want to blow off workouts. I hav not gotten to that point yet... but it's on the horizon......
I have not really tried anything yet, so I'm open to suggestions.
