Wow, Sophie! To finish #20 and being the youngest contender is a great accomplishment. I have no doubt that you will continue to do well with the training you are doing!

and so i am about to depart on my run - my friend isnt able to come tonight due to a hip problem so ive got to keep motivated for the full hr. COME ON
tonight is also going to have to be the night of great will power and self control due to mother dearest cooking one of my fave meals (with very high calorie sauce) and i did not know so have not made allowances for it today (the original plan was salmon salad lol)
so off i go... a bientot mes amis :] xx
 
oh wow well done m :) so youve progresserd from speed walking to speed running now have you? doesnt it just feel great once youve been and done it .. i always feel really energised when ive finished!!!! and less tired, less hungry too and satisfied.
and now i am all clean and nice now too .. just waiting for my dinner yumyum
 
Well, I don't like calling it a walk really, because that feels like a stroll to me. So while I don't run the full time, I just call it that ;)

And yes, it does make me feel better for the rest of the day!!

so im still 119. still still still.and that will probs go up due to my trip to paris this thursday-sun. but then it will probs go back down as next week i am in my intenseeek of training.i just want to get under the 119 mrk now. but i dont want to have to faddy eat for it i just want to eat healthily and also be able to eat smal amountf of the things i like too. im just gonna have to keep pushing with the exercise.

You gotta show us some pics! Even if they aren't very good!:D That sounds like such fun and I envy you. You have a blast and keep working at weight loss, it'll come off in time!!:)

so i leave thursday at 12.30 gmt. oooh im excited.
so today i have had a few mini slip ups (choccie bar at break time and a piece of cake after tea) ALSO orange juice has sooo many calories :|
anyway i was about 91 over (1891) so not too bad
ive done a fair bit of exercising today walking back back and forth from school and then tonight i did 6 x 300 metre sprints each with 300m jog recovery inbetween and then i did 45 minutes of circuit training.
fairly reasonable day. :]
