Yessssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssss sssssssssssssssssssssssssss

YESSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSS
right today is the day of the dreaded presentation which is going to be awful because my froup is demotivated and frustrating
and yesterday our teacher told us not to skive off just because its snowing because theres no way school would be shut for snow blah blah blah
and then what did i just hear on the radio ?
"walton high school is closed due to snow"
ABSOLUTE YES MAYTE
YESYESYESYESYESYESYESYESYESYESYES
I think i must have just burnt off about 52000 calories by jumping aroind

i think this is the first time weve ever had to have a day off school for snow. we dont get much here .. :(
and its not even snowman snow lolzz - its all powedery and cumbly.
i have done plenty of work on my gym ball this morning.
and food wise ive done pretty well too so im feeling cheerful. its this afternoon after work when i will struggle with the food

:) we did! i took all my nursery children out onto the yard and we all fell on our backs and waved and waved. we had so much fun. but then we all got a bit chilly and had to go in for hot chocolate.
i so hope that we are off school tomorrow as well!

okay so i have had a poor day now :(
total of calories so far = far too many to allow myself to have a large dinner
(1189) so am just going to have a weight watchers can of soup which is about 98 cals i think and some crackers.
i have discovered that carrots are wonderful things
they actually stuff me really full and have negative cals in the long run :)
if i dont have any loss this week i think i will lose my motivation. i need to keep my calories around 1500
i am not going to be able to do any cardio tonight either because the car is broken so i cant go to the gym and the roads are too icy to run on.
i might have to do some gymball work for a couple of hours tonight whilst i watch tv.

well you can still have moderate dinner like chicken breast fillet and some salad or something like that. look around for some recipes, there is lots under 400, even under 300 that is still whole meal. (for future lol)

thankyou lena :) i will search the web tonight!
so..the car is fixed so in half an hr me and dad are off to the gym which will set me in a better frame of mind. another positive point is i went across to the shop and bought myself some low calorie muesli (to fill me up n the morning) and some green tea which ive heard it sposed to help weight loss somehow.
if it doesnt then im sure it will be very good for me anyway!

I've read many different things concerning green tea and weight loss - some sites have said that it helps burn off calories - others have said -yes, it does but only when consumed in large quantities, and yet others have said it's the caffiene that does it.

All seem to agree that it's full of anti-oxidants which are good for you regardless - so f you're drinking it because you like it - then that's what counts...

enjoy

well i thought that i might as well give it a try :D
i have never tried it before so i might think its totally disgusting - if i do i will give it to my dad he likes to drink fruit teas so im sure that theyre pretty similar.
i will have one in the morning :)

if you're a regular tea drinker (and I looooove english tea) then you might find it weak... it tastes pretty good and iced it's really refreshing - but it doesn't even come close to the taste of regular tea...

well its not fruity i can tell you that, and i drink it every day. i love green tea. and i did feel the difference, maybe not so much weight wise, but its a good antioxidant so it helps you to get rid of all that bad stuff :)

celestial seasonings (not sue if they are international) does make a blueberry green tea and a few other flavors that are incredibly good and have a bit more flavor than straight green tea.

Stash makesa green chai tea that is died and gone to heaven good

right i dont think we have that first flavoured one here - actually i think twinings does that. but i have got the plain one - if i find it a bit bland to being with could i not add a bit of honey or something like that?

it looks like you had a good day still. you said you had a bad day @ 1189 cals, but thats still good. The soup isnt that many calories, you still have a ways to go before your 1500 limit. You could have 2 cans of weight watcher's soup. LuckY!!! you had a snow day? where do you live? i live in Massachusetts, and we have had very very little snow so far.

hope you have a good rest of the day.

MMM...I love tea and honey it is sooo good, especially Chai Tea...a little milk and honey...yum...your doing well chicky!!! Ive never understood the whole green tea thing...
