hehe its not a club yet...i'm calling it like that, unless you want to start a new club challenge. if it becomes an addiction...well better that one lol :) although there is not addictionthat is good addiction. moderation is the key hehehe.
 
it is sophies challenge of the week, lena. i am setting myself one challenge a week and anyone is welcome to join me in this diary to do it. but the thing is the challenge is just to become a habit after that week and i have to keep it up. there will be a new one next week of course but i will still carry on running tuesday and thursday before breakfast.

thankyou nia page - hope your weight loss is going well! i love the outdoors too but sometimes when its cold/wet/dark i really dont have the motivation to go out there (or the transport) so i tend to go to the gym. something is better than nothing - (is that even a sayying lolz)

that does mean that i have burnt off more calories today than i ate.. and that means i will probs lose weight?
this whole system sometimes absolutey confuzles me

thankyou moongoddess :) i will have a look to see where i can buy them from - if i cant then i will order them online. they would come in handy as i have a dairy intolerance so dont get enough calcium in my diet really.
good to hear you are joining us bmohearn! although my attempt thismorning was absolutely pitiful and im really disappointed with myself. i felt really tired and ended up getting out of bed and doing 10 minutes up the road and back and then felt absolutely exhausted :confused: so rolled back into the house lolzzz.
i will make sure i go to bed much earlier on wednesday night so that thursdays get up and move is a lot more successful!
 
I'm not going to be making this mornings round before breakfast, it appears that you at least attempted your run. I am not backing out of mine, but I have to go get some meds, I noticed last night there is some pinkish color to my urine which can mean really one thing (that I know of). I have a doctor appointment in less than an hour. Bring on the meds!!!!
 
eeep hope all is ok photo!!and dont worry about it at all - my run was a pathetic attempt anyway lol -its so cold here today! we finally got the snow that i wanted but it didnt stick.
anyway
today has been absolutely rubbish
i was angry
we are having industry seminar at my school these next three days. and it was such a pointless thing to have and what a waste of time. and then they told me that i need to go away and do some dumb project thing for an advertising competition - aparently it will be useful in my future blah blah - i cant se itreally considering i want to study human biology at university.
so i am not gona do it. and im not goin to school tomoro or thursday. and then work tonite was pretty bad also. cnt b bothered to go into that.
and then at work i had left my bag (with my phone andkeys in it) and my coat in the offic. and when i cam out of work i went to go and get them and someone had locked the office and nobody else had a key :|
so i thought well i'll just walk home and my dad should be in. but he wasnt. and my mums away on a trip. so i had to sit outside ofmy house for an hour waiting for someone to come and let me in. i can still not feel my fingers.
grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr
am feeling totally unmotivated. just want to go tosleep. dont feel like exercising tonight but i know i will feel bad if i dont :(
 
I'm sorry you had such a bad day. Hopefully tomorrow will be better. I know what its like to not be motivated. Its ok to have a bad day with exercise...just jump back on as soon as you can.
