gosh its so great to have you back round here lena :) ive missed your posts. hope your weight loss is going well! sorry youve been so busy and that youre unwell - i hope you get better soon.
anyway this morning was weigh intime. so i wasnt expecting anything because i have gone over my calires a little bit this week. but i have lost a pound :D which i know isnt much i guess but im happy because its better than the gain/nothing i was expecting
hope you guys have equally/more successful days today

thanx sophie this really means a lot to me :) my weight loss is a bit stuck this week...i did all good but celebrated too much on friday. wrote it all in my diary hehe. great for that pound! i'm really proud of you :D

you guys now made me dream about travelling, which i can't really afford now lol. and i'd like to visit every single possible country if i could hehe. i hear scandinavia is beautiful...from norway to finland :) i would also like to go to russia and see st. petersburg i hear its really beautiful. i met some people from finland, they were from turku (or abo) :). but my favourite place is istanbul, turkey...fell in love with that city...

Sweden is the most beautiful country i have ever been to :] it was gorgeous
and also i recommend going there lena - there are some very good looking men ;)
and dont worry about the lack of weight loss lena - youve got loads of time ahead of you so just start afresh today.
and photocrazes - i so wish that it worked like that - the more calories i eat the more weight loss i have - i think its just cos i miscalculated the amount i eat cos 500 beneath for a pound a week is 1700 and i had set myself a budget of 1500 - therefore i would have lost that with going a bit over anyway
So im still aiming for around the 1500-1700 mark every day calories wise.
today has been successful so far - i have done all my breakfast, snacking and dinner bits so just got eveing meal left and i have entered this into fitday already due to this helping my portion control. and so todays data:
CALORIES IN:1725
CALORIES OUT:3096
and so i know ive gone 25 over. so for my peace of mind i am going to go for a walk with my dad after evening meal :]
well done for acing your english language test thing lena!! that is excellent news :p
 
okay so ive stuck to my resolutions that i set last week of drinking way more, walking more and counting my calories. so now i have decided that due to the success of those i am going to set myself a challenge a week. anyboidy is welcome to join me :) just say if you are in

It was weigh in day
and i have lost a pound this week which im happy at

calories in: 1762
calories out: 3150
62 over my designated amount
but hey
i'll eat 62 less tomorrow
 
And Also

I have worked out that if I lose one pound per week then I will have reached 105 by my 17th birthday (well 3 days before ) and also thats me allowing one week for a none mover
what an aweseome birthday pressie that would be

i would also really like it that if any of you guys can see that i need to do something better/more/less or you have any suggestions then please just butt in and tell me!

thanks m2m. i am so grateful for my self for typing in weight loss forum into google just to see what came up. this isnt what i was expecting at all! i am so happy that ive found it- all my weight will be gone for university where i can make a fresh start.
and ashanta you can join us on out challenge - sure you can - but you can walk :) as long as youre up and moving it doesnt matter
okay so today i have tried something different - i have planned todays meals ahead and calculated them on fitday along with portions etc. i am going to see if this will keep my calories around the 1500 mark. just an experiment. i will let you know how it goes later on today.

hehe would love to join the challenge... but that's too much for me for now at least. especially the morning thing lol. but whenever i do any walking apart from my aerobics i'll write in...so you can put me as semi club member lol

when is your birthday? i probabily missed the post when you said it, and i see cinderelly mention it.

i really need to start keeping up with you hehe. i'm starting to feel like i need more time working out...which is great. i'll see definitely after tonight's workout, and maybe increase it in a week or two.

haha its turned into a club?? :) i think exercise can become an addiction - the more you do the more you crave to do.. does anybody else find this the case? lena .. you must be getting fitter and experiencing the above! go you!
and my 17th isnt til may29th but ive worked out that if lose a pound a week i can reach my goal by then :] i feel excited about it now that ive got a target date.
and thanks rachie - hope your weight loss is going fably - im sure it is.. youve got all the great people in here to help you on your way.
