I am 5"5' and about 153 pounds. I have gained 20 pounds in the last year due to binge eating. However, I have not binged all summer. I have worked out almost daily for the last three years but i was still consuming more calories than I could ever burn off. During the past three weeks I have been watching what I eat....about 1600-1800 calories a day. I have been going to the gym every morning before work and doing the elliptical and ab work for an hour and then doing another hour of cardio strength training after work. I am averaging burning about 1000 calories working out everyday. However...I have not lost a pound....in fact I have gained 2!! I almost cried today when I weighed myself. I have been working soo hard to lose this extra weight I have gained but I dont know what else to do???
