AH Monday. My favorite day of the week (trying to be positive). I had a great weekend and am ready to get this week going. I did a lot of active stuff over the weekend and feel wonderful. Saturday I got up early for the step aerobics class followed by our first wedding dance lesson that afternoon. It was so much fun. Yesterday I took the dog for a 3 mile walk, mowed the lawn with a push mower and swam a mile. It was all broken up over the entire day and I felt great.

My focus this week is staying on track with the nutritionists recommendations.

Rho, I've often wondered if I was eating enough. While I dont feel hungry at all, who knows. I am seeing a registered dietician and that is where the meal plans are coming from. I think this week I am going to focus on eating a variety of foods and calories. Nothing too high in calories, but perhaps my body has gotten accustomed to the exact number of calories in and out. I'm also focusing on having my larger meal for lunch and something smaller at dinner time.

M1: Protein shake with peanut butter, banana and flaxseed
M2: Light & Fit yogurt and ww english muffin
M3: pork tenderloin, cous cous and green beans sauteed with red peppers and mushrooms
M4: strawberries and sf pudding
M5: Pluot and balance bar
M6: Protein shake
7: Skinny Cow dessert.
 
How is it Monday again? Funny how it comes so quickly and then drags by.

I had a great weekend. I think I did more exercise this weekend than I have in a long time. Saturday I took an hour step class and an hour weight class. Yesterday my fiance and I took a 25 mile bike ride. It was so nice. However, I am paying for it today. My legs might just fall off at any moment.

I also found two lost dogs on Thursday night and now they are in my care until I can find their owners or new homes for them.

I'm tired today and fighting sandman. My meals are as follows:

1: protein shake with PB and flax
2: light & fit yogurt with almonds and a Tangerine.
3: chicken breast with BBQ sauce, ear of corn and green beans and nectarine
4: english muffin and laughing cow cheese
5: balance bar and banana
6: Salad with grilled chicken.

Tonight I have the 1 hour weight class. I'm sure the squats are going to be the death of me.
 
9 weeks to the wedding day. I am so excited and that also means, I need to get busy! I would like to drop another 10 to 15 by that time. So, I allowed myself a fun meal this weekend and a drink. Today, its back to work.

I took a 30 min walk at lunch. I have an hour aerobics class tonight. I will be drinking one gallon of water today. Meals are as follows:

M1 - protein shake with Peanut Butter and flax
M2 - yogurt, 8 almonds and 1/2 orange
M3 - salad with carrots, tomatos and chicken. 6 triscuits.
M4 - SF pudding and pluot
M5 - balance bar and pluot
M6 - grilled salmon with 1/2 c. cous cous and steamed broccoli

I'M HUNGRY!
