Hey guys, I'm new to the forum and my bio is male 5- 9 215 pounds need loose 45 pounds would like to do it in 6 months.
and these are my questions
1. what time is the best time to exercise if I eat at noon and 5pm?
2. I have been jogging for a good 6 months everyday for about an hour and and lost only5 -6 pounds. what should I do on a daily basis?
3. I dont go to the gym so I need to home style exercise
