Someone Intelligent please HELP... Glute Question

Hey all! I've been working out consistently for about 2 months now...
I do cardio and weight train 5 days a week (Mon. thru Fri.) Then Saturday is my rest day and Sunday I just run alot.

My question:

Is it possible for me to get a bigger butt? I've been reading online for all the different workout routines for your glutes. Everyday Friday I have been doing these exercizes....

I'm wondering though...is it genetically possible for me to really get a bigger butt? I'm sure with doing these exercizes it will tone it....but will it only tone it....or since I'm a female...is it possible for the muscles to get big enough to actually make it look bigger? Do any of you know what I mean? :)

Please Help...I'm very frusterated. I looked in the mirror today and for some reason my butt looks smaller and thats not my goal. I'm wondering if its from the cardio I do?? (but I need my cardio because I want a 6-pack and I need to lower my bf% for them!) I train all my muscles but my butt is my main concern. Anyone have any suggestions or can anyone answer my question? It would be much appreciated!!

Squats, deadlifts, stiff legged deads, lunges probably be what most people would recommend. Its hard to cut and gain mass at the sametime. Once you get your abs you could cutdown on the cardio some.
 
Possible, but most will say if you eat enough you will grow but you won't be able to just tell your body to put the mass on your butt. I never had the problem i'm an meso/endo maybe someone can give you some better ideas.

I have an idea; my cousins girlfriend is an ectomorph and after she had a baby she got an increbile butt :D

I'm glad to hear a woman is looking to get a bigger butt, I wish more chicks were like this!

Yea you can make your butt bigger. Taking up a martial art that involves lots of low stances will make your butt bigger as well!
 
Just realize that for a woman to get an actual six-pack that you'll have to go to an extremely low bodyfat percentage that will more than likely mess with your hormonal levels in a not so good way.

Spend more than one day a week working your posterior chain and you'll get there. Generally it takes 8-12 weeks for the effects of hypertrophy, so just keep at it.
 
it is possable to get a large muscular butt, but not cartoon sized or however you want to say it. there is genetic limitations, which involves the preportion to the rest of your body. didn't really know how to describ that too well so hope that makes sence.
 
squats on a smith machine, when standing make sure ut feet are a step infront of the bar so ur leaning back approx 30'degs, when u go down your hams should be parallel with the floor.
another way, if you have a leg press machine is to place ur feet much higher on the board, this slightly isolates the glutes.

or u can put a weight in a bag and lay prone(face down) on a bench (possably on a decline) with legs ove the edge at ur hips and lift the bag with leg strait.

Butt implants! No.. but I know what you mean. I'm really scared to lose my boobs. They haven't gotten smaller yet, but I still have a good 40lbs to lose, so somewhere along the way, my boobs will probably get smaller. Theres nothing I can do about that. :( (well, unless I get implants. I don't want to.)
 
Squats! That will increase the size( and if you minimize the reps and consume more protein, the glute's size should increase at a faster rate). But remember a lot of big butts out there are butts with extra fat. Good luck!
 
crimson: you will loose the fat around the breast tissue, so it will only shrink to that size. I think if you were to loose weight in an unhealthy way, that the body can canibolize the breast tissue, and I think thats the why some girls loose alot. In addition the way your body stores fat will have alot to do with it what gets smaller first (IE: hips, abs, butt, chest) so your chest could be the last to go, in which you would not loose that much.
 
ATG squats, I know this skinny skinny girl (see her ribs skinny) with a butt that is perfect. And that's her secret, don't tell anyone I told you lol.
