Don't be lazy and get to the gym and start lifting weights and performing cardio.

Judging by the picture of what he wants to look like, and his frame size in his torso pictures, I would guess he's a small framed skinny guy w/ most of his stored fat around his mid-section and bloated from a piss poor diet and around 15% body fat.
