Some tips needed

I'm Portuguese, have 22yo, 170cm of height (5.5ft or 66.93in i don't know what measures are used in here) 56Kg of weight (123.5lb), don't pratice any sport, during the majority of days don't eat enough, i have some problems with social phobia, don't go out, my life is just, college -> home ; home -> college.
Well i don't have no one who can go out with me workout in free spaces so i would like some tips for working out at home and around it.

yep, nothing. A friend of mine have been doing some push ups, sit ups and another exercice (i don't know the name in english) and have been getting a good body development.
 
Well at my zone there are gyms around at 5km, the problem is the prices they have... 25€ for just once a week (4 times a month) it's a lot of money for so less time. :/
And there aren't any shops selling used equipment, everybody must buy as new..

I've been thinking about martial arts as a exercice, sport, way of meting new people... just don't know what martial art to choose.
 
thks. i'm trying to find a good scheaduale so i can plan what exercices how many reps and when to rest... if anyone has any sugestion i apreciate :)
