Hi i have been trainning for about 3-4 months, but right now i don`t have money to pay the gym
, for about 1 month i have been doing diet only does that really affects my bulking process (well of course but what i mean is that all gain in those months would be lost)since i eat my bulking diet as the same i do during that 3-4 months, but i have some dumbells in my house so i do some trainning but not all days at least 1 time a week but is not significant or i least i fell more tired in gym days than house days... and i only do some bench press and some bicep tricep abs workout but no legs or back i have gain 11 lbs of pure muscle
and i don`t what do loose it! what i can do?
