Some time without workout

Hi i have been trainning for about 3-4 months, but right now i don`t have money to pay the gym :( , for about 1 month i have been doing diet only does that really affects my bulking process (well of course but what i mean is that all gain in those months would be lost)since i eat my bulking diet as the same i do during that 3-4 months, but i have some dumbells in my house so i do some trainning but not all days at least 1 time a week but is not significant or i least i fell more tired in gym days than house days... and i only do some bench press and some bicep tricep abs workout but no legs or back i have gain 11 lbs of pure muscle :D and i don`t what do loose it! what i can do?
 
shop garage sales for more weights.

stick to core compound exercises and heavy weight. even just 1-2 workouts a week will at least hold on to most of your lean mass and strength.
 
yeah, but here in costa rica garage sales don`t exist... :S, but i will train 2x a week minimun and still making diet... thanks!
 
Try making some sandbags. That's plenty of weight that you can add to, or take away if necessary. Should be plently of sand in Costa Rica ;)
