Hi, im 17 and i have been skinny my whole life, i am 5'8 120 lbs and i am trying to build my muscles due to the fact i look like a walking stick... if anyone can give me routines to do, id be greatly appreciative... so far, all ive done is, every other day, as many pushups as i can do, around 40 - 50, about 60 sit ups, curls with 10 lbs weights... i dont count those, i just keep doing them until it hurts so much i cant take it, then i do it all over again twice more...
i havent really seen any improvements, but i keep driving myself... if anyone can give me any pointers, routines, or tell me something im doing wrong, i would like that very much
also, i did the hardest workout i think ive ever done, and now im sick, and all my muscles hurt like the dickens... is it just coincidence?
