okay so i gained about 20 pounds from december to may. it's affected my social life, i don't get laid anymore (that may or may not be the cause though). i feel like the weight has taken away some of the facial features, as i've gotten fatter in the lower region of my face + my gutt + my legs.
my main conern is the extra fat ono the lower region of my face - since that part seems to be the most difficult place to dilute the fat. so, my questions are this:
- if i were to eat a health diet and run a nice excercise program, is it possible for me to lose the fat under my chin?
- i know eating in small portions in 2 hour increments is a good diet plan, but im not sure exactly what to eat. so far my list consists of: subway, quiznos, tuna from the can, maybe some chicken, sandwiches... what else can i eat to broaden my diet?
- i've received mixed information on whether doing sit-ups will really help you lose your gutt. what's the actual truth to this? many people tell me that doing crunches only tones up the muscles in your belly, not reduce the fat.
