Some Pics of Me

Hey I'm new to this and would like some work out advice. I've currently been working out on Bowflex doing the Strength exercises 3 days on and 1 day off. I also do ab work outs 5 times a week and I've been doing this for about a week and half to 2 weeks. I would like to know what else I could do to help me gain muscle. As you can see from my pics I am skinny. I weigh between 145 to 150 lbs and I am 5'11'' tall. I play tennis so thats one of my main reasons for working out but I'm also doing to look good and build a good looking body so I want to get cut. I also run 5-K cross-country for my high school. I would just like to know what else I could do to build muscle and look better. Would eating right eventhough I'm skinny make my abs show better? Thanks in advance.

i would say that it is definitely time to bulk, don't ba afraid to put on a couple extra pounds of fat in order to get the muscle that you want. just remember you can always cut later to get back to a low bf%

you have a great frame to work off of, but you definitely need to bulk to add some serious mass to it.

Eating right will help PERIOD.

Secondly, try training your abs 2 or 3 times a week, allowing them to rest a little instead of thrashing them 5 times a week. Remember, its not whilst your training that your muscles grow, its on the downtime. So good rest, and good diet.

Your obliques are coming through nice though having said all that.
 
So am I doing fine on everything else like the Strength exercises on the bowflex? Should I do 3 days on and then 1 day off or should I work Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays and Saturdays with the days in between off?
 
rest days inbetween. and if you can, use free weights.. The bowflex has advantages like continued tension at the top of a motion like flys.. But you are missing out on a lot when using the bowflex in terms of core strength building.
 
I've got some free weights and I them use for when I work my arms. The Bowflex is just too complicated to use when working out my arms. I'll incorprate more free weights into my routine now but can I ask something else? Do you think that I could possibly get a 8-pack or am I just gonna have a 6-pack?

that might not be up to you.. but It looks as though either your lower ab region is very large or does infact contain for separate sections and it is just not yet visible.
 
Sorry I haven't posted in a while but anyways when I work out mondays, wednesdays, and fridays should work everything? Like should I work my chest, shoulder, arms, back, legs and abs each day?
