Some Help

I was just wondering if i stuck to a solid routine of, 1 day doing situps,pushups, and bench, and the next day running for 30-40 mins. And do each every other day. How long would it take me to get abs, and just look in better shape.

I'm 6'1 and 180, i'm not really fat just big.

Just looking for some help.
 
You have a bench, so I imagine you have weights also. I hate to answer your question with a question but .... Why would you only do situps, pushups and bench, if you have weights ? The whole body needs to be trained.
