My brother has a similair body shape than you. dpending on what you want to see you may want to change your workout slightly. If you are looking to get lean by exchanging body fat for muscle the best way is going to be to stop running. if using a treadmill walk at a huge incline at a good pace you dont have to run you just have to get your heart rate up. this will bun as many calories while not destroying the muscle. Your diet needs to probably get a lot more protien. For your abs/all your muscles you cant keep doing the same things over and over your body will adjust to them and they will no longer be effective. for abs try looking into some pilates strength exercise they have some really good ones. also dobt forget about the different ab groups. looks like you need to focus on all areas... lower ... the 6-pack area as well as the sides.Another thing is that you have to make sure your back is as strong as your stomach. they are directly related and your abs can only do as good as your back will let it without causing injury. Also the more muscle mass you build the more calories you will burn just completing your normal exercises try working on your arms and everything else to make sure you dont relapse.

You can do it for yourself for a more accurate guestimate.
Says to do it first thing in the morning, prior to breakfest.

As for your body, I'd start lifting weights. Bench Press, Curls, Power Cleans, etc.
Make sure you have an experienced lifter comment your form to make sure you don't injure yourself and maximize your performance.

-Best of luck to you:)

Well if you want that v shape, I think a very important part of it besides bench press is working your deltoids. If you bulk them up they'll broaden your shoulders and they wont make your shoulders round but instead more square. As for abs, I work them about 2 or 3 times a weak. I hold a 25 pound weight on my chest and do 2 sets of 21 (7 lower crunches, 7 higher crunches, 7 full sittups.) I also suggest hang clean or power cleans (start with hang clean.) When I first started doing them, I saw several different muscle groups bulk out after a month or so. Oh I also forgot...when you're bored and at your computer, get down on the floor and do pushups until exhaustion. I've grown to love pushups, I just started close grip pushups because my inner chest needs more working.
