Some Before & In Progress Pics

The ultra short version... I have been working with a doctor, on meds (phentermine) but at the same time relearning how to eat right... what to eat, portion control, etc. I cut out bread, pasta, grains, potatoes... starchy stuff overall. Starting to reintroduce whole grains little by little (brown rice as opposed to white, rolled oats instead of instant oatmeal... that type of thing), and cut out all the pre-packaged crap. Add to that working out at least 3-5 times a week (dance, martial arts, weight lifting), that's what I've been doing.

your eyes really stand out with the weight loss - you've lost a bunch in your face and it makes your cheekbones and eyes really pop :D

Heh... imagine my surprise when I looked in the mirror one morning and discovered I could actually see my cheekbones. They've been padded for so long I forgot what they looked like. :svengo: Losing the extra chins was just as surprising.
 
I just added the May 23 shot to the lineup. Still looking for other progress pics. Hopefully a more current shot will come out of this weekend too.
 
Added another pic under March 9, and edited some of the weights to more accurately reflect the weight loss.

I'm now down about 70, just need more pics taken.
 
You've done an incredible job!! You look so good in all your pics - before and after your weight loss. I hope you reach your weight loss goals.
 
Thank you. I am very close on the scale #, now it is a matter of tone and getting the body fat down.
