dang. I was working out with my GF this morning, she was doing squats, and she slides on two 10kg plates (totalling of 40kg which is 88.184lbs) and repped it 8 times. I asked her "when the hell did you get so strong?" and she replied "well, i did it 3x10 last time" but she got a bit lower today due to some partying last night
i know its not alot for some of the people here, but its not long since she got into lifting! i was shocked, not long ago she was doing bodyweight and just trying out with the bar. I gotta start watching my back now!
