So need to loose a lot...

Well I am looking to loose 100lbs. I started walkin for an hour in the am 5-6. Will do a walking/jogging mix. For breakfast I ate 3 eggs at 6am and weight control oatmeal at 9am, grilled chicken w/brown rice and mixed veggies at noon, tonite i will have grilled chicken salad and lift some weights then have a protein shake.
Well it is 3:20 and I am very hungry. Is there anything I cna eat between lunch and dinner?
Can anyone recommend me a healthy eating and workout program? My schedule now is work 7-530 sometimes later sometimes earlier mon-fri and sat 7-5. So i need to work around that and make sure what I eat I can store at work.

you can still chat in here, but other guys will be able to give you a better understanding of meal portions and amounts...it's pretty different for women. Good luck with loosing weight. I think the first step is deciding to try!
 
Your weight is at such a point that it would be in your best interest to find a doctor to supervise your efforts. He should be well versed in lifestyle management therapy.

Eggs are great protein for you...BUT you should limit yourself to 3 egg yolks per week...you can still eat the whites..but the yolk is loaded with cholesterol. Just a lil fact. Good luck to ya!!! ;)
 
You shouldn't ever feel hungry. So something is off in your diet. Also the routine you do should be one that progresses over time and involves activities related to your current health/fitness level.

I am not sure what your height/weight, age or body fat % is so I cannot comment there. Talking with a doctor is always a good place to start. Even in my programs, I always ask clients to check with their doctor and receive clearance.
