Hi guys n girls,
The last time i posted was June 2010 I’ve been a major reader and not much of a poster, ive been reading everyone’s posts and its given me a lot of hope and encouragement to carry on!.
I started losing weight after seeing my Costco picture on my card and realised enough was enough i was tipping the scales at just under 21stone(291lbs) but I last put a post up in June 2010 i was weighing 18.2stone(256lbs) and sadly i gave up shortly after that post and i gained around 10lbs and just kinda stayed at that weight for a bit, i don’t know why i think i just got lazy... but in January i started going on my cross trainer again and watching what i ate and i dropped back to around 250lbs. i joined a gym the start of February after much hassling from my work buddy and we now go pretty much every day after work and I’m absolutely hooked on it, I’ve noticed my body change a lot in this.. i guess short time. i weighed in this evening at 16.5stone(231lbs) but I’m unsure how much fat I’ve lost as we do a good 45min session of weight training before 30mins - 45mins of cardio. But I’m happy with how its going.
the main thing that im most happy about I’ve been able to go for the first time last week and actually buy a t-shirt from a shop that fitted me!.. be it was the biggest size they sold but god it felt good after years of buying clothes off of eBay or internet shops.
i know i have a hell of a long way to go id love to get below 200lbs and can’t remember when i was actually below this : ( but il keep this updated for sure and share my progress as the weeks go on.

And well this was me last last week at my girlfriends mums holiday caravan thingy lol, il try get some better pictures tomorrow but this is all i have so far ..
