So are nuts good or bad?

Hi all.

I've heard many mixed messages regarding the benefits of nuts. Are they good for you? i eat a good handful of almonds a day, plus some seeds and a few brazil nuts.

I understand that they have a high fat % but surely this is not saturated? ive also started eating wholenut peanut butter as i read it was a superfood, but does it stop me burning fat off?

its the same as with a lot of things you read or hear regarding health - what seems healthy one day isnt the next.
