Okay well this is the new home of my diary =)
It seems most people on the site have one so i decided i'd make one too. I don't know if i will be able to record what i eat everyday but i will try keep people updated on how things are going.
I would like to reach my goal of 140lbs by this time next year, which will allow for me to lose weight without rushing. I am going to set myself mini 10lb goals so when i hit 210lbs i will totally be happy with myself.
My boyfriend is being really supportive of me in my efforts to lose weight and has agreed to not eat fast foods around me, and to help me in the gym with some weights exercises because i know how to do and have ever done is cardio.
I am aiming to continue my gym pattern which is 4 or 5 days a week and includes uphill treadmill running, elliptical, stepper and bike. Then i will do some balance exercises on my balance ball and a bit of toning stuff that i know how to do.
The rate at which i gained weight was extremely fast and in the space of about 6 months year i was up from 170 to 220 which utterly disgusted me and why i am making this change. I KNOW losing weigh will come alot slower han gaining and i am prepared for that.
so yes. this is my diary and i will try document my trials and tribulations from day to day
