i need help choosing healthy snacks to have between meals, something that is not too many calories, but may also fill me up
maybe apple slices dipped in yogurt? someone told me that it tasted good but i didn't try it yet...

if you are eating 5-6 meals you don't really need to snack, but if you must then go for raw veggies and fruit. Towards the end of the day make it more veggies then fruit though as they still have a good amount of carbs.

A good meal replacement shake or some vegetables. My doctor likes to keep the protien up in between meals, so he has me do Meal replacement shakes.

Here are a few suggestions of balanced, low calorie snacks:

Raw veggies with hummus

Fruit and fat free cottage cheese

Soy milk

Plain, fat free yogurt with fruit

You can also just have a smaller version of your regular meals.

How about plain vanilla yogurt with fruit with a protein shake. It's extremely filling.
