Smoothie recipe - very tasty

4 ripe passionfruits - halved and the pulp scooped out

10 ice cubes

4 ripe bananas (550g) peeled and chopped

225g of seedless white grapes

150ml low fat bio yogurt


place all the above in a blender and zap until nice and smooth, serve in chilled glasses.

For a decorative touch save a blob of yogurt and some passionfruit seeds and blob on top.

each serving is about 180 calories.
40 g of protein
40 g of carbo
0.8g fat
2.5g of fibre

This is a very tasty smoothie not bitter or acidic at all. the flavours blend very well.

gotta try, thanks for sharing.. my fav. shake/smoothie is

1 banana
1/2 apple
250ml low fat milk
dash of cinnamon (optional)

drink chilled. :)
