Hi, I have started my weight loss journey from today.Right now I go for a morning walk for 1 hour 15 minutes,brisk one, I haven't started my diet yet, I want to be regular with my exercise first,taking small steps at a time..
I will post my progress here, I am 78 kgs, 27 yr. old female. My goal weight is 50 kgs... I just don't want to think about the duration and set goals myself..cause it adds pressure on me, I have decided to adapt a healthier lifestyle and never stop until I achieve my goal, I hope you all are with me , I definitely need your support 
Current Weight--78 kgs

Measurements--
Chest--41 1/2 inches
Up.Abdomen- 37 1/2 inches
Abd--40 inches
Lower Abdomen--43 inches
Hips--44 1/2 inches
Shoulder-- 13 inches
Thigh---28 inches
calf-- 14 inches
My height is 5"2", I will take my measurements every month and weigh every 2 weeks... will keep you posted....

, I have learned to take small steps and achieve my goal after looking what you guys have achieved,patience in me is a result from watching you guys go steadily after your goals.
