Today at last i got to the gym, and I loved this training, only after i walked out i realized that i don't feel my upper body. I am dead and i love it. i think i underestimated myself a little, but i guess for first day that's better than overdoing it. i am mostly aware what weights i should lift next time too. So big thanks, really this feels much better than what i was doing last time, i can't thank you enough
