Slowly shrinking

Peace and Hello everyone:

This is my first post so please let me know if the images don't show. Below are photos of gradual body change. People tell me that I've lost alot of weight however the scale fluctates which is discouraging and I notice little change. I do feel better since moving towards to a healthier lifestyle and my has improved and have better mental clarity however I am still deviating between the Misses and Plus sections of the department stores and still no definite jawline or waistline.

In 2006 I tried and herbal detox which eliminated cravings for sugar, meat and soft drinks. Incorporated raw foods, fresh fruits, veggies, whole grains, nuts & berries. I try to drink half my body weight of water in ounces per day. I also have been doing cardio and weight training 3-4x weekly(hiatus during holidays). Moving towards a holistic diet more in turned with nature geared to African biochemistry. Trying to leave Earth a size 8 in good mind and health old like great-great grandma.

Again it was a gradual change so I did not document my progress along the way.

My heaviest weight was 305pounds(22 stone) size 26US. First pic December 2005(Friend w/ middle finger)



My current weight is 250 lbs (18 stone) size 16/18 US.
