z abs look awesome dude but i think your need some more size in your chest :) and well your shoulders and arms could get bigger to :p

thanx guys, no dont get me wrong i am very very pleased with my reslults so far, but i have just stopped seeing any improvement so i am changin around my routine slightly so i can start seein more gains cause it seems im eating right and doin things right i just need to challenge my muscles a lil more.

thank you for the comments, im gonna continue to bulk, seems my abs are the thing that stand out the most but the odd thing is i spend the least amount of time on them as i do everything else in my routine, so im not sure whats goin on there but its a good thing hopefully i can get myself evened out here in the next month or so.

is 10lbs in 2 month seem unusual??i thought the results of a good week of hardwork should be a gain of 1lb on average?? maybe i misread somethin somewhere along the line.

alright good so at least im on the right track then? cause i feel like i need to be eating more and possibly taking 2 protein shakes a day instead of just the one.

You're doing great.

Conventional wisdom is that you can't gain more than 0.5 lb of muscle per week, on average. Since it is an average, it means that muscle gains can come in spikes or stagnate. So ignoring any effects that can come from that sort of irregularity, 10 lbs is about the best you could do in 2 months. Nice job!

new updates

thought id put up some updated pictures cause its been about a month since ive posted any...anyways i feel like im in a dead spot right now cause to me it doesnt really look like ive been gaining Anything for a long time and ive tried to switch up my workout every other week and im also tryin to eat as big as i possibly can by gettin as much protein as possible so im not sure what im doin wrong, maybe if it looks like aint gained any you guys could give me a tip or two. thanx

Kody

no actually i kinda gained weight and then it seems like ive actually dropped a few pounds which is weird cause i havent been doin anything differently, actually ive tried upping my consumption ever meal time. but no right now im about 140-143.

Well, you wont gain mass until you eat more and gain weight. So do that, then come back when youve put on another 15lbs or so.

yeah man, I have a buddy that is like you, he trains really hard in the gym but doesn't put any effort into making sure he eats enough food.

It's 100% true, if you want to gain muscle you have to eat more than you need.

So eat brotha! Eat like a beast!

im gonna try harder guys i reallly am, it just gets really expensive cause im in college and on a very limited budget...kinda feels like im constantly eating the way it is but if you guys think that it needs to be more ill do er.

on the other side though, how you guys think i look?? am i past the point of scrawny or am i kinda still in that category cause that was my main focus was to get away from scrawny and to put on a lil muscle but not be Huge.

If you want my honest opinion..

I think it's cool that you have abs, but you don't have much muscle anywhere else.

Instead of just trying to eat more, MAKE SURE you eat more, track what you eat every day and make sure it's enough.

agreed.....reveal your abs when you stack on some pounds.....

I would still stick you in the scrawny category. This should give you more motivation to eat
