Mrs B- the best time for me to workout is when my 2 yo takes a nap right after lunch. But since hes in bed and I have nothing to do except clean which I don't mind skipping

I can easily do it then. Its just I'd rather get on the pc or watch tv or I dunno just bout anything except exercise

Kat-Woot 18lbs damn am I weak oops I mean dang! I started out with 5lbs and 8 lbs dumbells. I can really only do bicep workouts with the 8s I'm still using 5s for everything else. I know I just need to push myself harder because obviously I can easily pick up and carry children half the day!
Ok so today I was feeling like eating everything in site. I hate my TOM drives me nuts how hungry I am. Maybe not hungry just wanting to eat.

I ate around 1600 cals today and I had cake so I guess its not so bad. I should have just left the cake out though, I know that but I still ate it.

Fitday said 30 pct fat, 20 pct protein, and 50pct carbs I guess I can try to figure out how to make my fat lower and protein higher. Only 8pm I need to go to bed early tonight to keep myself from snacking.
I can't wait til this week is over. Then I won't even have an excuse, my husband says I'm the excuse queen!
Oh and my back wasn't hurting today now its my shoulders and neck...see...excuses excuses. But I did get in 40 min of cardio and 30 min of weights. So thats great I guess.
