I used to spend a ton of time on the computer (and I still spend a nominal amount of time on it, including 15-20 hrs/week at work on it), and my posture isn't all too great. I slouch a little.. my shoulders incline down a bit. What I want to shoot for is broad shoulders and a more horizontally straight shoulders. I can adjust my posture by standing more straight up, but it's not completely natural.
My question is.. can I change? If I concentrate on shoulder/deltoid/upper back exercises, will I be able to notice a difference? The slouch isn't very bad, but it's noticeable.
