Im doing a mix of 3 times per week lifting as heavy as I can, 10 reps (between all out bulking & endurance reps) and I usually do 3 sets. I do a full body workout these three sessions, and of course, a 5min warmup & stretch before it all. Sometimes I do 20min of HIIT & workout my abs on Saturday.
I have been eating as much lean protein as i can, starting to use protein shakes, and eating a little more in general. I HAVE been noticing some size increase, as well as strength increase, but its nothing major. The thing is....i step on the scale, and its always at or around 175ish. Today i step on it, and its 170. Its been in that general area for a few weeks now, what should I do to see muscle weight gains, but not put on *too* much fat.
