Skriblz' w.l. Journal/pimp diary ^_^

Day 1:

Good day to work out, woke up feeling like a anvil, feeling heavy and hard to move without stressing out the fact that I GOT FAT!.. LoL Today I'm going to do day one of something called Hip Pop Abs and then after that DVD set try something a lil harder from now that has to do with Billy's Bootcamp, tried it, not my favorite, but I"M DETERMINED.

Today is the first day that I'm giving up junkfood because it has done me alot of bad. My physician told me I have high blood pressure and that I'm putting myself at risk for a stroke because of my unhealthy eating habits, so nothing but great old carrots and greens and some good old fruit when I want something sweet. I AM NOT GOING TO EAT ANY JUNKFOOD TILL THE DAY I REACH MY GOAL BECAUSE THAT WILL KEEP ME DETERMINED, SELF DISCIPLINE IS MY KEY AND THAT IS WHAT I AM PERSONALLY GOING TO USE TO GET THIS GOAL OVER WITH.

I LOST WEIGHT USING THIS AND DOING SOME OTHER STUFF ON THE SIDE SO I KNOW I CAN DO THIS X)
