Hey there everyone ...
I'm back !
I've gained my weight back
Ughh ... and this time I am ready to turn it around. The only time I was able to successfully lose weight was when I logged into here everyday and had the support of all of you 
So I am back to start it again, and be serious about this. The thing that I need to remember is that as out of control life can get sometimes, my weight is the ONE thing that I can 100% control and change. If I don't change this, I am on a fast path to many health/self esteem problems. I can, and will, change this. It is my spring break this week from school ( in my 3rd year of college ), and I am dedicating this week to starting over, and getting back on track.
My starting weight, as of today is 201.6. My goal is to lose 61.6 pounds ... this is my ideal weight, which will be 140, but I am going to take it 10 pounds at a time. It makes is seem not so bad. haha*
My goals are:
Drink 100 oz. of water per day
Work out everyday, 45 minutes cardio, plus arms & legs on alternating days
Go to 2 aerobics classes per week
NO fast food (McDonald's, Burger King, Wendy's, etc.)
Write down everything I eat (keep it between 1200 - 1500 calories)
