SkinnySomewhere's Diary! Let's get this started!!

I totally did so well on the South Beach diet...but I only could keep it up for about 2 months...lost 15 months and then got pregnant....so i kind of had to change things a bit..but i still try to stay low carb when i feel like things are getting outta control
 
Kat - that is awesome!! Good job on losing that much!! wow .. impressive! I am really excited about it =) It was my first day today and I love it so far haha* I just am so motivated just thinking about it! Im glad to hear you did so well on it -- that is awesome!!
 
Day 2 on the beach!

Plan for Tuesday:

workout 6:30 a.m.

B- eggwhite omelette w/ peppers & canadian bacon & cheese - oh my ;)
green beans

class 10 - 1 p.m.

L- shouldn't be STARVING like i normally am at this time since i ate a huge breakfast!
broccoli & cauliflower
chicken

class 2 -3:40

S - low carb yogurt
stuffed crabs ---> these are the end of them! so no more temptation hehe* i don't know how bad they are for me but I think they may have sugar in them?

D - cauliflower "potatoes" ---> not too wonderful haha*

sometimes I feel more hungry by lunch when I eat breakfast, thats why you should have a small snack in between, so your body does not think you are starving yourself.

Yeah - I'm not too hungry yet but I will be soon :) It's hard to have a snack w/ classes all morningt hough ... but I'll manage.
ITS SO COLD OUT TODAY!!!!!!!!!! like 40 degrees! BBBBBRRRRRRrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr

The Beach is going well ... I'm just wondering though if I made the right decision - I still can't decide which sounds better - atkins or beach!? ughh,

I'm feeling a little lost ... kinda down right now! This south beach thing ... I don't know, I just don't feel like I can get the hang of it! It's seeming kind of complicated to me - maybe i'm just a little slow lol* hehe ... but I don't know ... I posted in the Weight Loss Methods and explained it a little more there. Ughh ... grr ... definately starting to pms haha
 
Sorry to hear you are struggling... Your diary shows you "up on your game." Just a rough day? I've never done South Beach, but I'm sure you will either get this plan to work or you will work up your own. :)
