Day 17
Well - I know I need to kick into gear because it's so easy to just say "heck with it all" after a bad food weekend lol*  So I just have to remember that this will only lead to a happier, thinner, more fit ME =)
B - special K w/ skim = 150
     banana
Snack - 1/4 slim fast bar = 30
            banana
L - 1 lean pocket -= 280
     1 veggie corn dog = 150
     1 string cheese = 70
Total so far today = 680 cals
now how many cals are bananas??!! gotta go find this out! i ate 3 today! holy wha!
o ki just found out 1 banana is 138 cals?! holy crap that is a TONNNNN for a fruit!!!!!!!!! i'd rather eat a veggie  burger that is only 170 instead! oh my gosh. well i'm not counting them ... lol* i'm not counting veggies & fruits. they are good for ya right?! =)
I just got back from the gym - did about 20 minutes of intense walking on the tredmill and then 20 minutes of elliptical. I didn't go the machines - too many people there, so I will do some free weights ina little bit I suppose =_
