Day 31

Did exercise dvd today and stuck to diet. Tomorrow I will get out running.
I have no patience though I dont feel like I am losing weight quick enough.
I will be getting dental work done this week. I will be getting veneers on two cracked teeth so I am seeing it as part of my transformation. Pity I cant get tummy tuck and lipo while I am at it.

Day 45

Today is February 14. I am still here and still trying. Have stuck to diet rigidly and most days got some form of exercise. Lost 3 lbs this week and I am seeing results. After a couple of trips to dentist my teeth are now perfect. Even got them bleached.
I havent upped my exercise still doing same amount. Hope weight still keeps coming off. I am still wearing old tracksuits everyday and I am in a dire need of hairdressers. Hope to go next week.

Day 46

Weather was fab today, nice spring day so went for long walk and run.
Did dvd when I came back and I stuck to diet all day. Have to say my legs are very stiff and sore, would love to go for a swim. Maybe I should get to pool tomorrow. Badly need hairdresser. Am defo making appointment this week. I am still smoking but as soon as am at goal weight it will be the next habit to kick. I am afraid to give up now in case I eat loathes of chocolate and biccies.

Day 47 Feb 16

Had a good day today didnt get to pool but I did get out for a walk and stuck to diet except for one cup of tea at neighbours house with 3 sugars. I thought she used sweeteners but she forgot. I nearly choked when she realised. I would love to see the 140 something on the scale this week if I was 149 I would be thrilled.please please please let me get off the 150s. it would be a milestone. I am going to run like crazy tomoro.

Feb 18 Day 49

Yep I ran like crazy today and watched diet. I got into a size 12 pair of jeans and I was chuffed. Hopefully I will see results on Thursday.

Weighed in this week at 150 lbs so I am very happy with that.
Did dvd today and ran for 30 mins. Sticking to diet rigidly.

Looks like you're almost out of the 150's and nearly half way to your goal! Woo hoo! I expect a "Halfway Party!" Great work!

I didnt realize I was almost halfway there thanks for the motivation.

Hairdressers tomorrow yoo hoo so badly need a hairdo. My hair looks like rats tails at the moment. Today my lovely daughter made cookies and I had to have two but I ate less at dinnertime so hopefully cancels out.

Tomorrow is pancake Tuesday and I have to have my 2 pancakes. That will be my main dinner tomorow and I am going to enjoy them. Its bad luck not to have pancakes on pancake Tuesday so I just have to have them. Yes with butter and sugar I know I am such a sinner.

I had a sneaky stand on weighing scales today and saw 149....lbs yesss. Not official weighday yet but I may be off the 150s.
 
Tuesday 24 February

Finally got my roots done and I am the old me again. I feel so much better.
Amazing what a trip to the hairdressers does. I am back to blond now.Had my two pancakes today but I did go out for a late walk to work it off so hopefully wont do too much damage. I will go running tomorrow just in case. I am looking forward to weighday this week.
 
28 February JOINED A GYM

Yo finally into 140s I weigh now 148 lbs. I was a bit worried this week because I did break diet a few times and I didnt do any exercise. On Friday when I got up it was raining heavily and I was afraid that I was going to get stuck in a rut and not get out for exercise so I just made a snap decision to join the gym. I joined a new one only ten minutes drive away.
I went for a session on Friday and today Saturday. I will be having a fitness test on Monday and I will then be given a proper plan. The advice I was given was to go three days and then rest for two days. I will still continue with diet so I cant wait to see next Thursday how much I can lose.

Strange that 20 mins on treadmill at 6.0 speed had me hotfaced and sweating whereas if I walk for 40 mins I am hardly out of breath.
I did 20 mins treadmill
15 mins crosstrainer
10 mins on bike
10 mins on stepper (that stepper is a killer on the knees )
10 mins on rower.
I am really looking forward to Mondays fitness test.
 
2nd march

I was at the gym this morning for fitness test. Have to say I had a great workout and I really enjoyed it.
Plan will be ready tomorrow but trainer worked through all machines with me.
Crosstrainer elliptical 10 mins
stepper 5 mins ( stepper is tough )
Back on crosstrainer for 10 mins
10 mins on bike
and then a whole load of weight machines I will never remember how to do them all.
omg I was in bits at the end of the session.
I said to the trainer I was aiming to lose a stone in the next six weeks which I think should be possible but she said I would more than likely hit a plateau soon and may not lose any weight for a couple of weeks because fat turns into muscle. I dont want to end up muscley.
Anyway I will see how it all goes.
 
4 March

Not official weigh day till tomorrow but I did weigh myself and still same as last week so motivation is down at the moment. Didnt get to gym today did go last five days though. Not feeling great, very down at the moment and wondering what is the point. Kinda sorry I joined the gym I was doing fine before this. What is the point of going if I am not going to lose weight. I have being very strict with diet all week.

Not a great day. Everything is going wrong.....

Hi Jelly Belly. Thanks for motivation.
Official weigh day today and its the first week I have had no weight loss so I am very very dissappointed. I am sore all over from the gym and wondering why didnt I carry on the exercise that I was doing. It was working well.
Could be just a plateau. I hope this isnt it and that I cant get off this weight.
I will be at gym tomorrow.

Went to gym continued with diet and still no weight loss or measurement loss.
Hope to see some results next week. I am running out of time.
 
HI Skinnyone.. even though there is no weight loss you still are Positive and not giving up. I like that. You keep going. Dont quit now. There are going to be times like this. Like you said Maybe a plateau! maybe you should eat some Mexican food and then after it hits your stomach :ack2: then the weight will come off. LOL!!!! I'm just playing.. You'll see it real soon. Have a good weekend. And dont forget that WATER!!!!
 
I think my weighing scales is broke. It seems to be stuck on 148 lbs.
OMG I am stuck at this weight now. Dont think measurements are any different though I will wait till weekend till I measure myself again..

I think 148 is my natural weight if that makes any sense. I will probably need a lot more work to work more off..

I just saw your update in the April Fools Challenge - CONGRATULATIONS!!
I exactly know how plateaus feel!! I was stuck at 128 for 2 weeks and it WAS quite frustrating and at that point of time you feel like it's NEVER going to change. :)

BUT if you keep at it - it will eventually. I love to see your progress cause I feel like we have the same kind of determination!! I hope you continue with your weightloss and I will keep myself updated with your loss!
