So I got up at 5 today to do 2 hours of pacing. I love it so much. It's 7am and I'm at 8000 steps.

Yesterday I was thinking that I need to workout. But I started to hate following videos. So I found a body weight circuit that I started yesterday. I felt good after. Shakey but good.

My weight today was 139.8. I'll weigh next Monday and hope for a .5 lb loss.

I'm going to lose weight slowly and the right way. 10 pounds. That's all I have to lose .. I can do it!
