I was in track, volleyball, basketball, psh. Now look at me, lol.. it always pisses me off to think about it- if I woulda just kept doing the work, I could be in a lot better shape right now *sigh*

Oh- and the spray dressings are by wishbone, 1cal per spray, I got the red wine one, very good I must say :)

lost two pounds so far since the new diet by doc..so hey! guess its working...i was called 'hot' the other day by an old friend, yall! Hot! :D:D:D:D

starting monday sleeepy! feel like joints and muscles are arguing with me too. gotta wake up and get my morning started...

some mornings were just meant to have started rainy, in spite of all the sunshine...will post food etc later

chicken with tomatoes 150

exercise, five miles, hour andahalf. hope to do another half hour later...

this weekend, just for memory..
sat. did 3 miles. sunday did 2. food for sat. about 1200, sunday about 1100; back to 800-900 for the next five days if possible. goal is to lose another two pounds for the week, hopefully three? hey, we will see...

just as i thought, the weak muscles this morning all went away once i started my walk. i am even getting some of those endorphins during my walks, especially when i crank it up. havent had those great feelings since i dont know when!
 
you know i want to be like you...so i ask questions....you are eating 800-900 during the week? and you lost 2 lbs that way?? your body didnt just hold onto it thinking "starvation mode"? hmm........

I did not realize that you started a different diary. I kept looking you up in the old one... Oooops....

Sounds like you're doing well! That diet sounds awfully low to me. Can't imagine eating only 800 a day, but I guess a body can get used to it.

Like Skyler I'm curious about this low calorie thing... I also have heard too many times that if you eat low, your body just adjusts your metabolism to burn less calories, and you end up having to go lower and lower... So keep us posted on how that is working for you... Looks like you're working out a lot! Way to go!

hey kate, mind sharing the doc's recommendations for your calorie intake?? is it the zigzag approach? how much per day, etc? (if you dont mind)

looks like you, me and jelly have the same GOAL date!! :)
