I can tell you that counting is key, and eating a little all day is what works best for me personally. That, and putting on my walking shoes no matter whether I WANT to workout, or dont. Once they are on, the walking just kinda happens!:D

You're SO smart!! :) I just bought a gym back this weekend, so I have no excuse not thave that sucker packed w/ gym clothes like 24/7 and no reason not to hit the gym!;)

well there ya go! Hey, Im a typically not so organized person, but try to always put my shoes, headset and sunglasses in the same spot, right by the door so I have to walk past them all the time. It works!!;)
 
ok, ive officially lost my 20, and am going to TRY to post them in my before after...only 26 more to go....!!! Im more or less at half way..and honest I can kinda see the difference! off to try to post em!


so somebody GO! go look at the before and after pics of me and comment what u think...be it good or bad. I kin take it!:p

Very late post this morning. Was up till late last night, long story:mad: Am doing self butt kicking this morning to get into gear. Woke up late, and hate doing that, but not gonna worry. Just doing all things later today is all!

My younger D is all stoked about today being Heart Day:D She told me she asked a boy to be her Valentine(said"and Mom its not VALENTIMES, its VALENTINES:p ) and cant wait to exchange cards and have her party. Man I remember how much fun first grade was! I always got a needs improvement for talking all the time. I wonder if most little girls did?:p Other D(16) is dreading it, because she thinks quite a few boys are getting her gifts(oh POOR BABY!:rolleyes: ) but then again, according to her they are from real nerds....Well those "nerds" tend to be the ones who go far in life a lot of times I told her! The last thing I want is for her to hook up with some lowlife 'playah' for cryin out loud!

Anyways, since I already got my trinkets for today, I guess its just another "day at the office" for me..will live vicariously thru my girls, I think:D

EVERYONE have a great stupendous day, and if ya get a chocolate or two(now, not ten, ok?:D, JUST EAT it! Its just for today after all!!!!

did my three moderately, not too fast not too slow...Im looking up WHY oh WHY my bp gets too low after about 30 minutes into workout...makes no sense. half pill, whole pill, morning dose, night dose, NOTHING is fixing it:mad:

kids all want 'breakfast for dinner" and I havent had any good sausage in a while...so what the hey! Ive got plenty of calories left so will have a lil of this and a lil of that...
