Ok Im bummed....for the first time in a month, Im going to miss a workout. I dont have time now.:mad: I gotta run out to pick up my son, and do dinner, and STUPID rain!!! I just chickened out this morning, and the cold and rain made me think..hmm I can do this later. Well now I cant. Oh well...its just a day. Tomorrow Ill try to do a really hard really good workout to make up for it!

ok, update: I got one of the fastest bestest miles in just now!! Im so proud! :D

Kate, you never cease to amaze me. The front came in down here at about 3 and it's freezing now! I was planning on doing some really active home improvement stuff this weekend, but now I don't know. I wish I could keep myself as motivated as you. Ever since Christmas I just really haven't been able to get back into it. Catching up on your diary really helps though. I CAN DO THIS. You are my constant reminder! Glad to hear about you bp improvement. Of course as usual your excercise, tasty menus, and weight loss are all absolutely awesome. I must admit that I have been copying your daily foods in order to plan menus for myself. Maybe I'm just bored with the same old stuff. Your stuff looks better!

Kate.. man those next 3lbs are gonna fly off you at this rate! You are doing so well. :) I can NOT weight to see how much those 20lbs show in your new pics. and trust me, they WILL show!! :D

Wow I was thinking the same thing about other peoples stuff! I need to change up my menu sometimes because I really get sick of it sometimes!

Oy, you are as bad as Paula. She had to send me her pics, so I could remind her of how much of a HUGE difference I saw. She didn't, but then again, she sees herself every day. As do you! :) Its the reason I posted mine, becaues I really couldn't see much of a difference, w/ the 8lbs lost at that time. So everyone else really helped enlighten me to the changse I was missing! Really it should totally boost your self esteem AND motivation. :)

One thing you COULD do is, show them to your Hubby and ask him to give you his opinion on where he can see the loss the most! ;)

Also think of it this way, 20lbs on someone OUR height, is A LOT comparedt o someone who say is 5'9". :) Its going to show a lot more on our shorter frame... so I am positive there will be big differences. ;)
 
I have some posted in the b4 after...one of me at christmas, and one from over a yr ago where i was in the 140s..

i didnt walk yesterday. no biggie, im going to walk here after a while as its beautiful outside. tho cold..brrr...my lazy teens are still sleeping, so Im also waiting for them to wake up to keep an eye on the littler one. Plan on doing 3 and maybe 4 just as fast as my legs will take me. only bad thing is Sundays are big days for the fishermen/women and it will be a bad day for dodging traffic. some of them I think like to throw back a few and drive too fast along the winding road.

had coffee and a big glass of my water, havent eaten yet. need to tho..its late!

Hi Kate, just a-poopin' in ta check on ya :D i agree with NewLeaf - others will see what you don't as they don't see ya everyday. :) I know I see my ugly mug in the mirror every mornin' and don't see a difference at all, but my friends I haven't seen in a while saw a big change they said.... Gosh, I like them lots more now ! hehehehe

Keep up the awesome work Kate. You are an inspiration to lots of us :D

ok so i have predicament this morning....just for whatever reason I weighed in this morning. I was feeling "thinner" so to speak...well much to my surprise I find that Im THREE POUNDS LIGHTER!! WHat the??? So Im debating on whether to reflect it in my ticker or not...Perhaps my TOM starting was the factor, and why I lost just a pound on Friday. I have one of those digital "kick that sucker" scales...gotta kick it to make the zero come on. I kicked that thang TWICE to be sure...I even rubbed my eyes to make sure it wasnt because my contacts werent in! It may mean that there is no loss on Friday, but eh, Im thinking that unless that thing is broke, I might as well record it, so Im thinkin yeah why not? should I????:p
 
Kate thats AWESOME!!! Of course you should reflect it! Personally, I think it would ensure that your motivation stays high (although I don't see that as a problem for your kickin' butt self :D ) and progress is progress - TAKE IT then add to it! :D Keep up the great work, Kate!
