skinny, not muscular legs

hi, I have a problem. all the workouts i've been reading about/advised to do are for toning legs, muscular-izing (lol) legs --in effect, making them look bigger. but i don't WANT muscular, big legs, i would like skinny legs. my whole body is pretty skinny (5'5, 103 lbs), but i feel that my legs are too muscular. are there any excercises to make legs skinnier, not muscular?

Women do not have the levels of testosterone needed for large muscle growth (under normal circumstances). Many women shy away from strength training for fear of looking bulky, when in fact, it can make them look more lean and fit.

Also, 103 is underweight for 5'5". Keep in mind that we tend to look at ourselves with a more critical eye than others do.
