I am 5'3 and weigh about 105lbs. I am supposed to weigh 115. Even though I am short, I have a build similar to a taller girl...long legs and long stomach. I am pretty well toned, but would like to get my arms bigger. When I played on the tennis team in High School it was easier because we had to constantly work out. I would like to gain some weight and I know muscle weight is what I need. Does anyone know any good arm workouts? Thanks!
