Skinny/Fat

I am 6"1, 6"2 and only weight 130 and i have lost about 20 lbs which i wanted but i still have love handles adn a fat chest but i feel like i weight nothing so what i am wondering will it been ok too start taking weight gain and protein but still try too get rid of the extra fat on thoose area's???? or will it be like impossible while taking these bc i use too eat 3 protien bars aday adn was doing the same thing i always have put didnt loose any fat or weight???????
 
at 130 lbs, and 6'1, don't worry about loosing weight. If you plan to bulk, than a little bit of fat would be good to have.

Don't worry about you BF % before you start working out, worry about it after you bulk. You will always have time to cut.
 
Yeah but i still have love handles so should i start bulking while still doing abs 2-3 times a week and cardio and running also!!!!!!!
 
girando was one of the most successful body builder hes diet consisted of high fats and carbohydrates and apparently he was extremely ripped, he even go diqualified from some body building tournaments cause they thought he was "too ripped" this was like in 1970s or so
