Six pack in there somewhere

I'm a 14-year-old student and I play a ton of sports. Basketball, soccer, track, baseball, probably football text year, swimming. I'll probably drastically cut those down next year in high school.
I'm 5' 2'' and 116 pounds. I barely work out. Occasionally I'll do a mile on the treadmill, do some pull-ups, sit-ups, but that's it.

When I do my sit-ups. I have two problems. One is that my back cracks. I'm pretty sure this is bad lol. My other problem is that occasionally my six pack will be visible in the right lighting lol. But when I do my situps I can feel a hard six-pack right in there! But i don't know what I need to do to make it perceptible.
 
Address your diet. If you start football, you will prob start lifting with them...they'll typically use the Bigger Faster Stronger program. You might try using a roller, it sounds like you're tight.
