Six months of Walking the Dog!

My latest before and after Series

This one shows my back on the 9th May. I had actually been eating healthy and exercising for a couple of months, so maybe its an inbetween photo. By the way, the goose insert referred to a sporting injury that I suffered that day. I was exercising by cross country cycling when I was attacked by a canada goose!

The new photograph:

Taken yesterday, after 7 months of healthy living, and two months of strength training. I like it because it shows some of the development in in my back and shoulder muscles - I'm starting to get that V shape. Never too old to change....

:) How awesome! Your dogs are BEAUTIFUL!!! My brother has one like yours. Spectaucular! Good job on your weight loss too!

Heya's Tooth,
Walking your dog is both fun for the both of ya's!
My dog get's so excited he starts at the crack of dawn looking out the
front door window. He has kept me on the ball and is partly responsible
for my weightloss so far.Your dog is beautiful!! Keep up the hr8 work,Tammy:)

Thanks Tammy! As Wolfy gets older (and he's turning into a big strong husky), so he gets harder to exercise. Its actually easier to run with him than to try and walk him! We ran 5 miles yesterday. I have got a for my bike, but I'm going to have to drill and bolt it to make it strong enough - then there's the danger. One cat and I'm going to be wrapped around a lamp post for sure!

What I really would like is a for dog-scootering - that would be great fun and exercise for both of us - and I could jump off when Wolfy sees that cat/rabbit/squirrel/deer/fox etc, but I can't afford one for now. Maybe next year :)
