After doing sit ups for about 2 months every 2nd day and sometimes 3rd day at night before i go to bed i have now switched to placing a 2.3 kg weight on my chest and holding it there with my arms crossed over and i did 2 sets of 30 sit ups instead of what i have been which is 2 sets of 50 which was quite easy but gave me a rather nice burn but now that i am using weights to do 30 it is much much better
i am no pro but if your doing 100 situps now you should switch to some weight and work your way up to 100 with the weight and then add more weight. And my abs are coming along really nice
